In a big bowl thoroughly mix flour, 4 teaspoons salt, two teaspoons black pepper, five-spice powder, and paprika. At a 2nd large bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Season chicken wings with salt and black pepper, then coat with flour mix. Dip wings in egg wash, the dip for a second time in the flour mixture. Working in batches, fry coated chicken in the hot oil until medium golden brown. Transfer cooked wings to well prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
